Gilly was awesome to deal with , the guys supplying and putting the panels on were awesome . Not really thrilled with the lack of communication over the process , esp having a date booked in , took the day off work and no one came or called . 2nd attempt was a phone call saying they were at my door , on the way there I received a text saying I was booked in for the following day ?? Very weird But got there in the end . Very happy with the result

Solahart were very professional from my first contact in January to service & clean my Solahart H/W system & panels, The whole process was smooth, easy to follow & VERY, VERY BUSINESS-LIKE, up to the installation today of my new H/WATER SERVICE. Great people to work with installation was quick and easy with a professional finish. They weren’t pushy and spent the time to explain all the real details and not just a sales pitch. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get solar.

Really happy overall , fitters were terrific just didn’t confirm with me on the metre box to use the old mains power switch to be use as the solar switch now, I was promised a text or call the day b4 to confirm Tuesday 8:39am as I have my own business this would have helped. but very happy with admin & the tradies… thanks.

From the initial visit, quote and installation the process ran smoothly. Arrived at specified time, consulted with me during the installation and gave me full instructions. Very courteous tradesmen.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. I was kept informed regularly. The guys did a great job with the installation. No mess left behind and I was instructed on how to use the new hot water system which was simple and looks great. I am very happy and highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Installers stopped job so repairs could be done to new shed. Came back after warranty repairs were done. Appreciate that attention to work standards.

We had a good experience through from the sales team to the installers. There was a delay and the reason was explained clearly. They were able to organise partial installation of the system while they waited for the solar panels to arrive. Completion of the job went well and the technician helped me download the app so I could monitor the solar system through my phone. All in all we are very pleased with Solahart.

Excellent service from start to finish. The installation was very professional & on time. Great communication from the office staff to the installers.

Long hot day for the boys but they got it all done. Unfortunately for some of them they were held back till 16030hrs by the head electrician as he wasn’t wholly ok with some of the technical stuff, took quite a while to only discover that a part was faulty.
