The installation team was very professional and the team leader Jeremy was well schooled up on the product and electrical rules. The only downside was the lack of communication resulting from the deferment of the installation due to the weather. We received a phone call on Monday 6 June advising that the system could not be installed that day due to rain and it would be rescheduled. That is acceptable. On Tuesday, I phoned the office and asked what the new date would be, the reply was “I will check with the scheduler and let you know within the hour”. After about 3 hours I phoned the office again and was told that the scheduler will get in touch with me re installation date. The next communication I received was a call on Wednesday morning to say the team would be there in 30 minutes. What if we weren’t at home that day? This is where communication with the customer is paramount.

From the moment we accepted the quote, we were kept up to date when there was a delay on installation due to rain. We were deferred only a week, then it was prompt and efficient service from there on. The tradies were polite and thorough and the entire journey has been a pleasure.
