Great service arrived when stated. Very happy with installation

The solar experience was of a high standard. Everything was explained as I was shown the applications of how the system worked. The work was very tidy and completed to a professional standard. A water pipe was accidently serered in the wall. A plumber was called and the repair was completed. The drywall is still waiting for repair, but I have been assured it will be completed soon.

Have been a customer of Solahart from the 70s when in Mount Isa . It was the only solar company available then. Over the years we have engaged the company to install solar hot water and solar to the grid on various homes. They are so professional and use good quality products. Most happy.

From the initial inquiry for details relating to a Tesla battery to installation, the communications were good without any buying pressure. Quote was detailed, installation time good for the current shortages and the installers were helpful with information and setting up the wi-fi connection. Overall a good result.

All our dealings with Solahart both up here and Brisbane gave been great. Very old fashion service with follow ups or customer service calls. Not always by social networks. The service men are quick and very thorough and Shayden made sure my mobile had the correct Tesler icon in my phone and showed me how to read it. They also cleaned up before they left and took the rubbish with them. We r now off the grid due to Shaydens diligence when he came to service our solar panels to talk to us about the Tesler battery.

Gilly Millard was a great sales person – not pushy and did not hassle me while waiting for me to decide if/when I would go ahead with the purchase – very helpful and informative – very pleasant when answering my follow-up questions. Ben and his 2 helpers were great and very efficient – the solar panel system looks good and was installed very neatly – they were all very nice and honest too, as they informed us when one roof tile broke (and they replaced it with one of our spare roof tiles). The app connected to the system is helpful and informative – have not seen the system running at its full potential as yet but have seen it very close to full power a few times (it has only been 6 days so far)

With short timeframes to deal with Solarhart worked with us to ensure installation was completed for us. Even with setbacks due to weather Solarhart rearranged schedules to get our job finished. Professional and knowledgeable office staff and installers made for an enjoyable experience. Well done.
