My experience with Solahart is that they were NOT cowboys. The other companies that came to my home to quote were all overpriced and cunning cowboys who were trying to rip me off. Solahart is very busy so it was a couple of months before they could install the solar panels but it is now up and running and so far I am very pleased. The office staff seemed knowledgeable and proficient and the salesman, Gilly, was professional and curteous.

Excellent job, very professional and there experience showed very well. The team worked well together. 2 hrs start to finish. Awesome. Constructive criticism… a metal cutting tool was cleaned and fine shards of metal were left on the ground. Our puppies pick up everything, would have torn there little insides apart. So maybe take more care or clean these things off site Cheers Russell Fowler

Everything was easy with Solahart. From organising a time for Gilly, the sales rep to come to my home and discuss sizes and options to making a final decision and booking an installation. Lots of communication and clarity, which was fabulous. Loved that my roof looks so neat from the street, and that I have a little app on my phone to track the effectiveness of my install. Guys were on time and very professional . They had to alter the existing set up to accomodate the new system, which I was very impressed with the final product. They cleaned up and left the place exactly as the found it. This is the third system I’ve had installed by Solarhart HB and I highly recommend thier services.

Since the installation of solar panels on my roof (over 10 years ago), I have always regarded Solahart Hervey Bay as a very professional company who consider their customers needs and make them a priority. That’s why I engaged them when I needed a new hot water system. I am very happy with both the product and the workmanship.

I found from the very first contact the level of service was fantastic. I organized an appointment and the rep, Gilly, attended at my address and we discussed what I wanted, what systems were available and how the installation process would occur. All my questions were answered and I was able to settle on a system that best suited my needs. I was given a time frame for installation and this was spot on. The installation team were brilliant. They attended at 7:00am and were done by 12:30pm. Now that was the removal of the old system and reinstallation of the new system, which included 24 panels! The crew were friendly and informative and answered any questions I had. I am already able to see how the system is working and the benefits for me. I would highly recommend Solahart for any solar installation. Their level of service is second to none and the whole process was a breeze. Thank you Solahart.

Gilly was awesome to deal with , the guys supplying and putting the panels on were awesome . Not really thrilled with the lack of communication over the process , esp having a date booked in , took the day off work and no one came or called . 2nd attempt was a phone call saying they were at my door , on the way there I received a text saying I was booked in for the following day ?? Very weird But got there in the end . Very happy with the result

Really happy overall , fitters were terrific just didn’t confirm with me on the metre box to use the old mains power switch to be use as the solar switch now, I was promised a text or call the day b4 to confirm Tuesday 8:39am as I have my own business this would have helped. but very happy with admin & the tradies… thanks.
